Lockheed Martin has a long and storied history of success that has been built on the tenure of the decades of experience of its employees, defining a strongly ingrained culture of "the way things are done". Yet with the accelerated pace of change, key stakeholders within the organization realized that the old culture of IT being a waterfall-oriented services organization would not meet the changing demands of the business. In this talk, Cecil Miller and his team will discuss how they affected change with the intention of better generating insights from large quantities of captured data, and harnessing cloud technology to make the organization more nimble and effective.
